Individual Therapy

  • dealing with conflict in your relationships

Couples Therapy

Are you and your partner arguing more lately?
Do you feel disconnected and wish you could find a way back to connection?
Do you and your partner need help addressing a particular topic that has been difficult to work through on your own?
Are you hurt and angry and unable to communicate with love and respect?

Couples therapy sessions offer a safe space to talk about relationship issues and promote increased empathy and understanding. Each person is afforded a space to be seen and heard and couples learn techniques to improve communication and work through conflict. Many couples report greater connection and intimacy and improved communication after participating in couples therapy.

Sessions may focus on (but are not limited to):

  • learning to recognize and interrupt problematic patterns of interaction
  • practicing clear and calm communication
  • talking about anger and resentment
  • addressing topics like money, work, and sex
  • increasing empathy and connection
